Our commitment to accessibility, ongoing improvements, and ways to request assistance.

Our commitment
FirstSource is committed to making its website accessible and usable for people with a range of abilities, including people who use assistive technology. Access to insurance information should be straightforward and respectful.
An ongoing effort
Our goal is to support generally recognized accessibility practices, including clear page structure, readable content, keyboard access, descriptive controls, and layouts that work across screen sizes. We aim to improve compatibility with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Some content or third-party features may present barriers. This statement is not a claim of WCAG certification or verified full compliance with any accessibility standard.
Requesting assistance or reporting a barrier
If you have received a FirstSource communication, reply to request assistance or report an accessibility issue. Please describe the page, the task you were trying to complete, and the browser or assistive technology involved, if you are comfortable sharing that information.
If you can use the website quote form, you may request a follow-up there and explain your accessibility or alternative-format needs when contacted. Do not submit sensitive information through the form. A separate accessibility contact channel is not currently listed; if the form itself is inaccessible, use any existing direct contact you have with FirstSource.
Continued improvement
We consider reported barriers when reviewing improvements and aim to offer reasonable assistance based on the request and available options. We cannot guarantee a particular response time or compatibility with every technology.
